Once items are ordered, we cannot exchange or refund, sorry! *ATTENTION* Orders will be able to be picked up (in Paulina) or shipped.  If you choose shipping, your items will be shipped to the address you provide and shipping charges will not be refunded. Turnaround time is normally about 2 weeks.
